World Link for Law

Weir and Associates is the Asian regional centre firm of World Link for Law – an international association of law firms.

World Link for Law exists to support member firms' clients who are involved in international trade (or private client matters). The Association also acts as a facilitator of international legal services for the international business community, in-house lawyers, lawyers in private practice, or individuals needing a lawyer in another country. Whilst it was originally created as a European network it is now an expanding international legal network. Currently, there are 60 individual member firms in 40 countries worldwide, through 66 office locations. In total there are over 300 partners and a further 500 professional staff within World Link for Law member firms. It is one of the largest international legal networks and legal associations in the world. One of the ambitions of World Link for Law is not to be a single network, but rather an integrated association, to service the international activities of our members' clients. The members offer a broad range of legal services with the reassurance of an established quality code. The association can provide a powerful legal team for single or multiple cross-border transactions.
