Will is a private legal document which states the way you would like to manage
your monies and property and the persons you wish to give your assets to after
your death.

Without
a Will, many family problems may arise because after your death, your assets
will be managed by the Government in accordance with the relevant regulations
and laws in

By
making a Will, you can do the following matters which are not limited to:
(1)
donating
your organs for transplant;
(2)
donating
money to charities;
(3)
giving
specific directions for your funeral;
(4)
continuing
a business; you can state in your Will that the business will continue after
your death;
(5)
stating
special provisions to cater for incidents such as a fatal accident;
(6)
appointing
guardians to take care of your children;
(7)
setting up a trust for your children.

You
can change the terms of the Will or review your Will from time to time.
